On Wednesday, Year 4 went to Buckingham Palace to enrich their humanities learning by visiting the local site that their class is named after. While there, it happened to be a special party at the palace and there was a wonderful atmosphere! They saw lots of excited guests arriving for the celebrations, making it a memorable experience filled with royal spirit.  How lucky are we that our school is just a short walk down the road from this well-renowned landmark? 
On their trip they also took a walk through St. James’ Park and stopped to enjoy a picnic (accompanied by some hungry geese!). They spent a lovely day together exploring our local area.
